The Krishna-Avanti Primary School is UK's first Hindu faith-based Voluntary Aided state school (and as such does not charge fees). The School is a one-form of entry, mixed primary school with an attached nursery. The nursery will open in September 2009 when the new building opens on Camrose Avenue, Edgware HA8 6ES.

Who can apply? The School is open to applications from all - faith or non faith based applications. Parents applying on faith-based criteria can have their Supplementary Information Forms signed by any of the recognised Hindu temples. Whilst priority is given to Hindu children (see the Admissions section) children of other faiths or none are also very welcome to apply.
