At Krishna-Avanti Primary School, we pride ourselves as a 21st century British School. Our Vision Mission and Faith Nurture is at the heart of the School and drives academic excellence, outstanding attitudes, and Dharmic roles and responsibilities.
This is done by providing a world class learning environment that incorporates Vedic teachings where all pupils are valued and encouraged to realise that they have unlimited spiritual, emotional and academic potential. We are a School where every pupil and adult matters, and where gifts and talents are recognised and celebrated.
Our first Ofsted report has praised and confirmed the accelerated work of the School, commenting on the children's impeccable manners, outstanding behaviour and an ethos that promotes high academic achievement. Our School is highly regarded by parents who express overwhelmingly positive views of the School. We value our parents who work with us in an open, honest and transparent way to enrich learning and teaching. We celebrate and promote community cohesion through inclusion, and intercultural and religious diversity within a local, national and international framework; consequently we have been congratulated on our success as an inspirational Harrow School. This is due to outstanding team effort and the support from the Harrow family of schools. I am very proud to be part of a dynamic team of dedicated and talented governors, teachers and staff who are determined to make our School an outstanding one, which we are already on our way to achieving. We are inspired by the teachings of the Bhagavad-Gita which enable us to put our faith into action. Gratitude, service, and love for Lord Krishna and others enable us to value the divinity in everyone and challenge decisively, exclusive and limiting attitudes that can undermine our faith, community cohesion, inclusion and other inequalities.
